BENEFITS OF SCHEME

TO THE INDUSTRIES:
  1. Supervisors of Industries will be trained under the scheme.

  2. Reimbursement of Rs.1500/- per month per candidate.

  3. The rate of stipend is Rs.8050/- TO Rs.9000/- per month, which is also less than minimum wages.

  4. No Statutory liability like PF / ESIC etc. is applicable, if Employer wishes to give the benefits then may give the same.

  5. After two years training, The employer, if he thinks that the trained candidate is useful for the good work, can give him permanent employment.

  6. Providing Basic Training to the candidates as per the trade by qualified teachers from ITI, so that candidate can work efficiently.
TO THE APPRENTICESHIP CANDIDATE:
  1. Candidate can earn stipend along with training for a period of 2 years.

  2. Apprentice candidate will be given basic training along with on-job training and will be trained as per with cut time of your Company.

  3. Training will be provided by the experienced faculty form the Industries, ITI’s and Practicing Consultants / Trainers.

  4. On satisfactory completion of training candidate will be awarded the Certificate from the Ministry of skill development. This certificate will be equal to ITI certificate

  5. The certificate help the candidate for his future growth.
